正在处于贸易谈判阶段的中美两国，目前紧张局势再度升级。美国总统特朗普上周五在Truth Social上指控中国"完全违反"两国上月达成的临时贸易协议，并宣布计划对包括中国在内的国家将钢铁进口关税从25%大幅提升至50%，声称此举将"彻底保障美国钢铁业"。与此同时，美国财政部长斯科特·贝森特（Scott Bessent）也表示，两国贸易谈判“有些停滞”。
